U.S. Navy Surgeon General Highlights Warrior Care at Military Medicine Symposium
The HJF Military Medicine Symposium fosters public-private collaborations to expand the network of health resources available to our nation’s service members and veterans.
This year’s symposium featured subject matter experts from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Department of Veterans Affairs and civilian academia who addressed the clinical manifestations and state-of-the-art management of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in service members and veterans.
The conference was hosted by the Center for Public-Private Partnerships at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF).
The program included opportunities for discussion among participants.
